Everything! Got a free upgrade upon arrival. The room was super large and the location perfect for our one night stay in Newcastle. The property really deserves its name as the garden really makes you feel like you are in Italy. The host was super nice to us! Thank you very much!

Excellent service from hostesses . They were warm friendly , helpful and accommodating . The property was beautiful , tranquil surroundings . Lush & stunning gardens absolutely amazing . Overall this was a quaint room .

Some guests were sheerly inconsiderate being very rowdy late into the nights and early in the mornings .

Beautifully decorated with amazing garden and pool area. Cherease was so helpful and nice with all the tips she gave us and the upgraded room very well equipped. Would definitely book there again
