The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much to Zanele for also assisting me with my luggage. The other lady was also friendly and helpful (sorry I forgot her name), I'm not sure if it's Thandeka. Keep up the good work ladies.

The pillows are hard. If they can get a combination of pillows.
