After I confirmed with the lady at reception that I will be arriving at 18h00, she failed to inform me that their establishment had no water(again). On arrival i was then told to drive to another location where I will be accommodated. The receptionist at the time made the arrangements.

"I had booked an executive suite, but I feel I did not get value for my money at all"

The place was very clean, and staff very friendly

Some lights, including the side-lamps, did not work upon arrival. The establishment is said to be self-catering, but there was no cutlery or crockery provided. Water pressure in the shower was completely non-existent, and I could not take a shower upon my arrival as a result
