Staff were very friendly, and we arrived very late to check in, and they waited for us without complaining We were so humble, and we appreciate that gesture We really had great time and the place is worth the second visit

The staff were quite accommodating and sweet. The pool was nice and clean too. It was nice to be able to use the kitchen facilities, although they were a bit far from our room.

The carpet in our room was quite dirty, it did not look like it had been cleaned in a while and there was a big gap at the door which allowed quite a number of critters to make it inside our room. Better curtains could be hung up, our curtains kept opening up and leaving a gap. Fortunately, we had a high fence behind us.

The peaceful and serene atmosphere. Then there's the warm reception we received upon our arrival. The fact that the accommodation is on the doorstep of the CBD made it the perfect place for us as we were on a business trip and needed to be in the town early without sitting in traffic.

Staff was professional and willing to assist and adjust to our needs or requirements. Place was clean and swimming pool was a cherry on top taking into fact that it was very hot. My kids enjoyed the stay. It would have been nice if there were self catering facilities as well.
