"Peace and tranquillity"

Farm tranquillity with friendly host and beautiful landscapes. Our host provided us with lovely "braai packs" and enough wood for the braai and fireplace.

We did not expect other guests to be booked into the adjacent rooms of the house.. Sadly, it impacted the peaceful atmosphere and privacy we expected.

Our hostess, Annemè, was kind, attentive and helpful. Being in a sheep farm was fabulous. The accommodation was great. Loved the electric blanket!

The gas heater was out of gas. The shower didn't work well. The duvet was put on the bed the wrong way.

Absolutely everything. Hostess was friendly and very welcoming. Was spotless and warm. Everything we needed and more.

I gave location a 9, simply because it is slightly off the beaten track. Not that we minded and we would have loved to stay longer had we been able to.
