Quiet and there are lots of space!

Absence of air-condition and overall absence of cleanliness. Place looks like there someone used to live some long time ago and now the house is slowly aging

Bathrooms were clean, AC worked, Premises were clean, Staff member in charge was pleasant, No intrusions, No noise pollution. There is an excellent Udupi vegetarian restaurant within 7 minutes walking distance. Teak museum and Govt Taluk office are 10 minutes walk from the property, near the Udupi restaurant.

Approach road to property gate is a Kacha road, so poses a bit of a risk at night. No resident caretaker on the premises, the property is maintained by a part timer. So after locking the room allotted to us and keeping the keys with us, the main door key itself has to be secreted on the premises for the caretaker or the occupant of the other room, If we arrive earlier than the check in time, we cannot keep our bags inside the complex and move off to explore, we have to phone the caretaker and bring him to the property to open the main door.

Calm & Peaceful Stay. Good owner who is cooperative towards the need of a traveller. Willingness to serve the customer is the main plus point of this villa. Spacious villa with all amenities.

Expecting new look (means small maintanence can be done) at bathroom even though its Okay.

Good staff and decent property.

Everything was okay.
