Location was good very safe next to the Malls and we were also next to the shopping center and filling station 🚉

I have stayed at Orchard guesthouse a few times, and like the location. It's across the road from a garage and a small shopping centre, so I don't have to go far fill up and get some necessary items. There is secure parking on the property, so arriving late or leaving very early is safe if I'm traveling alone.

The room was not as clean as it has been on my previous stays. The towels were clean, but you could see they were getting old and worn out as they were rather thin. And the room is in need of some general maintenance. For example there are two toilet roll holders next to each other on the wall next to the toilet but one seems to be broken. Holes in the shower tiles need to be filled. Bedside tables could be made more stable so that they don't wobble. So just a little bit of TLC would make a big improvement.
