Air conditioning not enough day time, at night is ok. Too many mosquitoes.

It was incredible, because my room was a bungalow, great! I can't tell anything about the breakfast, because I could't taste it, but the family was very nice and helpful. I'd turn back there.

Well, I was mostly interested in the ancient city, but the house was very far from there.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lotus Place, surrounded by peaceful gardens and ponds. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The family who run the place are friendly and very accommodating and they also helped us with onward travel. Breakfast choices were great and we really loved the proper fresh coffee! They have several cute pet cats. Also the location in the new town is very local and interesting - we enjoyed exploring and buying real Thai foods from the local market and eating them for dinner at our terrace. We wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come and stay again! Thank you.

The beds were little hard for some of us, but it’s not a big deal.

Spacious room and bathroom. Quiet area in town. Good breakfast, although a bit more coffee or tea would be nice. Friendly helpful owners.

In hindsight, the bungalow style room on stilts is not the roomtype we prefer. Looks nice and stylish, but has its disadvantages too: not soundproof, qreeking floor, doors don't close entirely, heavy furniture. But thats a matter of preference. Another point to improve were the power outlets. The room has many electric devices, but not that many outlets. We had to switch off the TV to power our smartphone.

Very big clean room, quiet location, Parking options avaiable, wonderful garden, very noce owner who speaks perfekt english, very good breakfast!

perfect location , nice and quiet

This place is very quiet, like a dirt country road with cooling vegetation and ponds all around. The large front porches are beautiful, featuring dark wood carvings, and styled in traditional Thai panelling. it all feels very old and authentic. Despite the bungalows being built on stilts over water, there are not many mosquitoes. The host owner feeds the fish in the ponds, which are plentiful. We think the fish also eat the mosquito larvae. Breakfast is included with 3 choices. The scrambled eggs are perfectly done!

The shower is a bit tricky. The boiler adjustment dial is poorly designed and will probably require help from management. But the bathrooms are big, as well as the sleeping area, and throughout there is lots of shelving to organize the junk in travel bags. As in many Thai hotels the seating is traditional solid wood with scant padding, although in this case, the owner provided pretty pillows for comfort. All this being said the bed was terrific, with nice medium sized relatively soft pillows.
