We were not fully aware of the of the difference in the standard of the cottages and the cabins- the former being derived by remodeling an old farmhouse that would have been quaint but adequate but we were upgraded to a cabin with excellent up-to-date layout and equipment, that we enjoyed very much indeed.

It is a well equipped fully furnished cottage, ideal for a self catering family stay.

The covered deck can close up all around except for the door/entrance. When bad weather came it became uncomfortable having a braai on the deck as the wind and rain was gushing in.

We had a perfect stay and everything about the place was exceptionally beautiful. The mountain scenery captured my heart and had a great adventure in the indigenous Forest, which reminded me of a hiking trip I took with friends in the Wolkberg.We also enjoyed the food at the Blueberry heights farm.Will love to come visit again.
