الشقة واسعة ومتوفر موقف للسيارة - صاحبة الشقة كانت طيبة وودودة ومتعاونة جدا - البلكونة والشبابيك كانت جميلة جدا

الموقع بعيد عن المدينة حوالي نصف ساعة - التدفئة بالشقة كانت ضعيفة - الاسرة لم تكن مريحة - يوجد حمام واحد فقط بالشقة وهذا غير كافي للعوائل الكبيرة - المطبخ لم يكن به كل ما نحتاج له - السلم مرتفع ولا يوجد مصعد - التليفزيون لم تكن به قنوات تعمل
