Villa Livadaros

Lovely family owned hotel in the karterados. From the moment we arrived we felt really welcomed by the lovely receptionist ( Anastasia i think her name was )The location is great, only a 15 min walk to fira but also only a 10 min drive down to the beach. We stayed here 9 nights and we are glad we did , it's a nice quiet part of the village, lovely pool area to relax all day . Karterados itself has a few nice places to eat and not pricey at all compare to fira or oia. There is a small mini market around the corner and the rooms have a fridge nice for storing a cold beer for chilling by the pool .Breakfast was plentiful and there was even eggs,bacon and sausages which my other half was happy about and we were not expecting . The bus stop is about a 5min walk away but we found the bus times inconsistent ,we rented a quad most of our stay which we highly recommend. The owners are just lovely, thank you for our wooden box with sweets to take home . Next time we go to santorini without a doubt we will stay here

All was really amazing... friendly and helpfull ladies on reception, so tasty homemade breakfast, swimingpool and swimmingpool area was so pretty, comfortable room, every day was cleaned. So silent area for sleep, lovely balcony, perfect location for trips in mittle of Island,near the Fira. (Walk about 20 minutes to city center)

Really all was absolutely amazing,nothing to say negative. Maybe only one my tip for next seasons about small coffee machine for breakfast /capuccino/latte especially/. But your frappe during days / for extra small cost/ was best all over the world ;-) so its everything allright :-)

Perfect! Cute little cozy rooms with very useful mini fridge and all the necessary. Appreciated the hair dryer. Big swimming pool and spacious private parking. Very good location. Best of all, Anastasia was absolutely lovely and welcoming.

The property was beautiful. The weather was amazing. Pool was stunning. The rooms were great. The staff was incredible.

I loved everything about the facility

A really lovely hotel in Karterados, the pool area is fantastic, and staff friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and large.

Walk to Thira is pretty tough going in the heat, there are no pavements for awhile. There isn’t almost a centre of Karterados and most of the restaurants are on the road surrounded by cars if you eat outside bar 1 or 2. Nothing to do/see in the immediate area, tried to walk in the village and all the churches are closed. Will most likely need to rent an atv/scooter.

Soooo friendly staffs. Good facilities.

Nothing to dislike

My daughter liked the pool and the environment of the property was pleasant.

All the facilities and it would be better if there was a microwave.
