Всё прекрасно. Рядом с морем. Всё (обменник, рынок с едой, супермаркет) в шаговой доступности. Персонал прекрасный. Оставались на сутки, очень понравилось.

Vito and his staff are very nice. The location is fantastic. The rooms are large and clean. We had a hole in our shower hoses so we couldn’t get any pressure or hot water but Vito came up within 5 minutes and had it taken care of with a new hose

We didn’t know you had to go into the restaurant to go to your room so check in was a bit wonky because we couldn’t find it for about 20 minutes. The stairs. They are very tall and steep. If you have big heavy bags it could be daunting. No elevator.

Great place. Great location. The guesthouse is located on the main street, right next to the night market. Kata beach is a five-minute walk away. The guesthouse has its own restaurant. The staff is friendly and the owner is always willing to help.

La posizione è centralissima, su Kata market per questo la sera prima delle 22.30/23 è rumoroso. La stanza è molto spaziosa. Pulita e il personale è gentile ,Vito ,il titolare, è sempre disponibile e ti aiuta. Annesso c’è il ristorante la colazione ha molta scelta ed il caffè è buono

A voler essere pignoli : un tappetino in bagno perché dopo la doccia rieschi di scivolare

The property is located in the middle of the street food area, so if you like markets and street food it is a paradise. There is a lot of life every evening, but after midnight it is usually quiet enough. The sea is fantastic and it is about a 5-minute walk to the main beach, and there are other beautiful beaches that you can reach by tuk tuk. My wife and I stayed on the top floor and we were very happy with our room. I really liked the pad thai at the property’s restaurant, as well as several fried dishes. Vito is a friendly, easy-going and very helpful host.

The mattress is firm, in full Thai style: some people love it and some people don’t

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had lots of space for our family. It is located right in the Kata walking market, and five mins walk to kata beach. Although it's right in the busy zone, the room itself was quiet. The coffee and water were nice also with a restaurant at the base of the hotel which was great for breakfast. Recommend!
