The staff were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. The ale was good! Location was great. The pub was brilliant.

I could not fault the accommodation. My wife however felt that our room was cold and the bed was uncomfortable. It was a bit noisy when we were trying to get to sleep. A couple of girls in the room next door were very noisy.

It's very central, the staff are very friendly.

The shower was terrible, water only just running, the rooms have metal framed single beds, that are extremely uncomfortable, think I had an hours sleep at best. We were told we had reserved parking but as their chain was broken the spaces were taken so NCP round the corner, although only £12 for the period still an expense we didn't expect.

Great central location. Evening food was exceptional.

Lots of stairs could be an issue, but this is a very old property.

Warm welcome, the gentleman took the time to show me the added extra of free parking and where to park. The gentleman also carried my suitcase up to my room. Clean, comfortable bedroom, with everything we needed and more. Excellent location for Worcester city centre. We shall definitely be back. Thank you
