Very quiet space and clean home

Wish the pool was bigger

Dineo who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we had a very comfortable stay.

If you can get lighting for the pool area, but overall everything else was great

Close to airport (10 minutes drive)

A lot of noise from the hot water boiler with a throttling valve that needs repairment. This noise came every hour! Booking.com did not pay this hotel. Separate payment to be made for this accomodation.

I left my ear pods in the room. They phoned me and mailed them. That's a super effort & honesty

The geyser did not produce any hot water -> no shower or freezing water

The rooms were clean and the staff lady Dineo was friendly.

The time we checked in we were told we need to pay R200 deposit just in case something breaks, and of course I understood but I explained to the owner that we don't have the money as they demanded it asap so we reached a solution that I will take full responsibility should anything break and I further said to her that next time such crucial information should be communicated beforehand and she also said she takes responsibility for not informing us in time, then there and there she changed the tone she was very high and loud on the phone saying I must not teach her how to run her business and I was shocked how did the matter escalate so quick I dropped the call. She called me I ignored and she called the staff lady and told her to give me the phone I took and I asked her do you wanna be rude to me again? She replied that she cannot be disrespected in the establishment and that she can refund us and give us even a bonus. The 2 bedroom house accommodates 4 people but we had 3 plates to dish out food, they have a gas stove and as a business they don't even have a fire extinguisher and we struggled to cook as they did not have matches to light the gas stove until the other lady staff brought a lighter. As if that was not enough the house did not have hot water we had to carry water with buckets from the kitchen tap to bath and as 4 people sharing a bathroom it was a nightmare and the shower is not giving hot water at all some had to go to the outside room to bath there 😔 we had a terrible experience at that establishment and I will never ever make a mistake of going there again and I can not even recommend this place to anyone, terrible management rude owner. They don't even have aircon. In the outside room the hot water would cut at any time while bathing. One moment it's hot the next moment it's very cold 🥶 The curtains in the main house cannot close yet we were ladies who booked that place we were not feeling safe at all. The T.
