The place was exceptionally clean and the staff was very superp and kind.

The Location, the venue is deep inside Kempton Park and maneuvering the transport in the morning it's a bit of a headache

"Stay was not satisfying I spend whole day in bed as I could not use the hot tube and sauna"

Missold product as it was Hotel Spa and non of Spa facilities were working (hot tub and Sauna). I asked for discount for mislsold product but they talking of voucher, of which I am not happy!!

No Spa Facilities as advertised!!

"Fully recommend Witwater. Wish we could have stayed longer"

We stayed at Witwater on our way to Botswana after a flight from UK. We arrived at the airport to be met by Innocent who took us on our short trip to the hotel. We were treated like royalty throughout our rest day and delivered back to the airport the next day. Nothing could have been better. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff. The best beds ever, a beautiful garden, fantastic food. We booked for another night on our return and it was like going home! The spa is amazing and very reasonable.
