"Fair, the correct building and room that we booked was nice but the fist building that they put as into was very run dow"

Once we were moved into the correct building, it was a good room

We were put into a smaller, cheaper room that we do not book and they admitted their mistake. They however did not provide a refund despite the room/building difference

Staff cortese e disponibile, posizione perfetta e comoda , praticamente in centro a la Maddalena,con vista su cala gavetta.

Camera con gran potenziale! Peccato per le rifiniture,mobili ,pensili rubinetteria bagno , maniglie porte , pronti a cadere!!!letto con materassi disomogenei .

Die Klimaanlage und der Kühlschrank mit kleinem Eisfach haben uns bei 34 °C gerettet. Das Bad ist neu.

Leider war der Toilettensitz defekt und die Handtücher hatten Flecken und waren kaputt. Die Küchenausstattung war spartanisch und leider etwas heruntergekommen.

La ubicación y la persona que lo gestiona excelente. Está justo en frente del puerto y tiene unas vistas muy buenas. El chico es muy amable y atento.

La limpieza, las ventanas estaban bastante sucias y los bajos de las camas. El apartamento en sí huele bastante mal a humedad. Pienso que es por el baño que no tiene ninguna ventilación y se acumula ahí la humedad. El baño es muy pequeño y no estaba bien.

"Très bon séjour"

Très bien situé en centre ville. Pas de nuisance sonore. Accès direct aux commerces et restaurants. Proximité du port, d'où nous sommes arrivés et repartis. Chambre agréable.

"Great views and location bit it must improve"

The location, the views and the room size.

The bathroom's humidity extractor didn't work. There is not TV in the room and the building has not elevator. The windows don't isolate the ferries' motor noise. I know It is not a hotel but they should improve.
