We have stayed here twice now as both myself and my husband love it. It is very comfy and the hot tub is amazing too. The breakfast is ample. The owners are always available should you require anything too. We have booked again yo go for my birthday in May. We can not wait. Its a great hideaway and really distresses you. Thank you Liz for another great stay. 👍 See you again very soon.x

"Lovely clean accommodation really comfortable beds, disappointing breakfast"

Very clean and very comfortable beds. Shower was amazing . Great location for easy access to Loughborough University for graduation. Lovely pub just up the road

Was expecting a b&b style cooked breakfast. Actually got cereal, raw eggs and bread provided in room to cook yourself. Perhaps I didn’t read details on booking The car charger was not working. This was one of the main reasons we selected this accommodation. As it happened there was a drain fault in the road and the water company had to block access to the car park to fix it. Not the owners fault so even if the charger was working we wouldn’t have been able to access it The hot tub had a very heavy lid which was very hard to remove and almost impossible to lift back on. The tub also fired up on a filter cycle about once an hour. Owners turned it off for us overnight as it was too loud for us to sleep

"Wonderful little gem"

So clean , modern, homemade Biscuits and cake, milk and fresh orange juice supplied, butter, jam and marmalade, also 2 types of breakfast cereal. The bed was so comfortable. It had won the four in a bed competition programme on channel 4.

"Lovely room, tv was moveable so could be watched whilst in the hot tub, shower was great."

Breakfast consisted of a choice between 2 cereals, toast with jam or marmalade, boiled eggs and breakfast cakes. Nice little breakfast.

Toaster wasn’t big enough for the bread provided. Towels for the hot tub were small.

We loved the fact that it was very private. The breakfast was lovely all freshly backed goods. Bread breakfast bars and cake. The butter and jam and marmalade were very tasty. Liz came to see us. Very friendly and warm and very welcoming. We would very highly recommend. We shall be returning again soon.x

I'm sorry but we couldn't find anything negative to say at all.
