Clean. Comfortable Bed. Kitchen facilities good.Fine for my 3 night stay.

We never had breakfast

Bed was tiny and the shower was mouldy. outside space was grubby. Okay for a one night stay as we were barely there, but wouldnt like to have stayed longer. Upstairs noise pollution was high too

A lot of facilities,basically a studio flat. Loved the communication

Melanie and Lawrence were lovely, they even gave me an additional linen when I asked for it last minute. They kept checking on us to make sure we are happy and comfortable. There was a lot of snacks and drinks waiting for us. Very quiet area, generally good value for the price.

Our main issue was the garden door in the bedroom wasn’t locking so it was quite uncomfortable for us even tho Melanie ensured us it was safe. Place could be a bit cleaner, there were webs on the walls, radiators and skirting boards were dusty etc but all facilities were clean. Shower and shower area could do with some improvement, it was leaking and squeaking but worked perfectly fine. I would not recommend sleeping in the living room as I have - sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and the fridge was so loud but I appreciate the room was not meant for sleeping. As lovely as the hosts were sadly they were also quite loud on our last night which was disturbing our sleep.

Air freshners/cleaning materials were so strong that it caused an asthma attack. We had to leave late at night and find alternative expensive accommodation. The owner said normal chemicals were used but it was overwhelming.

Everything was very clean and tidy and a good value for money. Will be coming again!

Fantastic value for money. The ony 1 bedroom flat I could find in my price range. It also included parking and wifi and a sole use garden at the back. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped. The host was really friendly.

The sound proofing in te kiving room wasn't great. Yhis wasn't a problem fir e but may ve for oters.

Self contained, warm, well equipped kitchen, lovely touch with sweets and sodas, milk, cereal, over and above normal.

Two reading lights in bedroom would have been appreciated. Repairs to tiling and paintwork in shower.

Great location! the owner left me a parking space which was nice of him very nice owner nice to speak and making sure we were ok! Will definitely have to stay there again next time in Manchester

Central heating only came on in the morning we were very cold at night had to put electric heater on
