-Bardzo dobre śniadania, naprawdę świetne -Czystość -Bielusieńka pościel -Super serwis z kawa i herbatą, wodą butelkową, krówkami i pierniczkami -Duży parking -Pomocna obsługa -Duże okna -Ciepło, mimo dużego mrozu -Blisko dobra i niedroga restauracja

-Przy dużym obłożeniu trochę głośno w obiekcie i tłoczno w restauracji, ale ponoć takie obłożenie zdarza się rzadko (zjazd kilku kierunków na raz w popularnej uczelni) -W piątek i sobotę była letnia woda pod prysznicem, ale w niedzielę była już gorąca.
