- the rooms were clean the smell of our room was kind of odd - fridge makes loud noises (but you can unplug it during the night) - the lights on the terasse and in the room were not cozy. they gave a cold atmosphere - little advice for the next guests: the owner holds several birds in cages. personally I don’t think this is how a happy bird life should look like - the room where we had breakfast had a unusual decoration. it was full with stuff and gave messy vibes. - we told the host that we’re vegetarians. our scrambled eggs tasted like sausages. guests were sitting next to us during breakfast and ordered a dish with meat. I guess they used the same oil in the pan for our dishes.

Very very nice, and friendly.

The host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the big stoep watching and listing to birds chirp in the beautiful tranquil green garden. Our teenaged kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the fasilities had boardgames available to play. The facility also had power during loadshedding.
