The hotel is infested with bed bugs.

Careful! This hotel is infested with bed bugs. We booked the private room and it was covered in bed bugs - small and large. There were so many of them, all coming out at night. Unfortunately one of us had an allergic reaction to the bites and needed medical attention. It prevented us from completing the Camino. Hotel staff do not fumigate the rooms despite knowing they have a serious issue with bed bugs. They moved us to a dormitory at 2am, but we also got bitten there. We did not sleep at all and had to cancel our plans to walk the Camino, losing money. We have tried contacting them for a refund as we didn’t stay in the lakeside view room due to the bed bugs and they have not replied to our messages. You should completely avoid this hotel.
