Agrifa'

Amazing property just a few minutes from Pitigliano. Not much is open on Monday or before 1930 so plan accordingly. All facilities were well kept. Small things is that there are 4 small chairs that apparently flip into a miniature bed for people to use. This is not ok for me. Advertise as is with real beds and add that you can also fold up blankets and pile up pillows to make a fort for more people to stay but don't sell it as theses are beds. Host was very helpful and had some maintenance issues they worked around to get us all settled. Overall amazing location, host, facility etc.. I would stay here again. Great value as well!

Fake mini beds made out of chair type things.

Peaceful place, not to far from the city, and a huge garden. The room was warm and clean. We were also offered the sunbed to relax in the garden. The owner is very polite and attentive. Nice suggestions for the restaurants nearby.

Not that I did not like, but make sure to take your toiletteries with you, shampoo, soap etc. It's not provided. We travel around, so we had everything needed.

Perfect location of the house. Beautifull seraundings, large outdoor space.The host was very kind, he gave us botlles of wine as welcome gift.

We stayed there in begining of november. It was very cold. There was mold in one corner of bedroom. Blankets was very old and dusty.

The phone number provided in a message to call before check in did not work. Room was very noisy, you can hear other guests from all sides. Woke up twice and couldn't fall asleep for an hour from 1-2am because of upstairs neighbours, and they weren't even that loud. You could just hear the bed moving and them walking around and in the description of the room it says sondproofed!...quite expensive for what you get - no breakfast, not a walking distance of Pitigliano and didn't get a decent night's sleep. The bed wasn't particulary comfortable either.

- it was very uncomfortable to make any meal - apartment meant to accomodate up to 8 people had only 4 cups or glasses, no nife or kitchen utensils to make even a simple sandwich - plastic disposable non-ecologic plates, c’mon let’s finally take care of this planet! :) - useless sunblide on the terrace - thin walls made of some plyboard, so you could hear every word of your neighbours talks - weird policy with sending photos of id cards of each guest - not too safe these days (is it even legal?) - generally a place with potential but needs some work and care
