Monte do Cerro

We loved this beautiful property, so peaceful staying here. The house was spacious and well equipped and our 2 pups loved it as much as we did. We enjoyed the walks we took in the morning so Bella and Benji could say hello to the animals.

I have just a couple of suggestions: The house was not warmed up before we got there and we only had the mini split in the bedroom to warm the entire house, which didn't work out well. We used several blankets. Not knowing if this was the norm we were going to wait until after breakfast to find out if we could move yo another unit. When we returned after having a delightful breakfast, we found 2 radiator heaters sitting in the living room. We were thrilled to see them. The only other suggestion is to have someone a bit more welcoming to greet the guests on arrival. The woman did not introduce herself and turned her back on us and walked away when we asked her if she was going to help us find our house. She was pretty frazzled when she walked back and gave us a hand gesture to follow her. She gave us 0 instructions on how to heat the house as it was freezing when we walked in. Anyway still loved our stay and the breakfast and staff that prepared it were amazing and very friendly.
