The location was absolutely perfect. Close enough to VT to be convenient, but far enough to ensure privacy. I love the Mid-Century decor. I reminded me of my home when I was a boy. The deer are very tame and we enjoyed watching them out the window. Beautiful walking trail.

The GPS signal sometimes burped - so its easy to miss the turn off if you don't remember the red barn!

"A wonderful quiet country getaway."

The little guest house is so adorable. All of the decor and detail are funky & cool, and quite a unique vibe that you won't get anywhere else. The owners were lovely and attentive, but not at all intrusive. And getting to see the hawk up close was a wonderful send off!

Not a negative at all for use because we live in a fairly rural area - but, if you're citified folks, it might be a bit of a challenge for you - it's definitely off the beaten path. You will need to drive a ways to get something to eat - so I'd recommend planning ahead and stopping on your way there so you can settle in and enjoy the beautiful location.
