"I didn’t stay in the property for more than an hour. Request for refund but never received."

We booked this property as a family with a 4-year-old, but the reality was completely different from what was shown in the listing. The sleeping area is only a loft with a mattress on the floor, reached by a very steep and unsafe ladder. The ceiling height is barely 3 feet, making it uncomfortable even for adults. None of this was clearly shown in the booking photos. The place was not clean, not child-friendly, and felt unsafe. We could not stay here and had to book another hotel last minute at extra cost. This listing is misleading and unfair, and I strongly urge Booking.com to review it and update the photos so no other families face the same problem. Raised multiple tickets to customer care none responded.
