Tidak puas hati untuk persekitaran hotel & kebersihan hotel dan maklumat terperinci harga dan jenis bilik dari hotel Saya booking kerana ianya berdekatan universiti pendidikan sultan idris. Hari temuduga saya Saya booking untuk Queen bed di apps dalam hotel rm 50.00 sampai di hotel kena bayar untuk harga homestay Bernilai harga rm 90.00 . Reason diberi adalah kerana ada event di upsi . Dan bilik queen yang saya booking dalam apps telah di beri kepada orang lain . Saya tak dapat bilik hotel saya dapat bilik homestay Kurang bersih , rambut banyak , dengan harga yang mahal untuk saya . Pihak receptionist tidak ambil tahu tentang booking saya Tilam terlalu keras untuk homestay H6 Jalan gelap nak ke homestay tak ada guide untuk bawa ke homestay kena pergi sendiri . Hotel penuh katanya Weekday price tapi pakai harga mahal bila sampai di kaunter
Saya tidak berminat . Kerana bilik saya telah di jual pada orang lain dan saya perlu buat penambahan harga atas alasan saya sampai terlalu lewat . Around 11:59 malam . Alasan yang tak baik untuk saya . Saya harap booking. com ambil perhatian untuk penambahan wang di hotel . Kerana ini menjejaskan booking customer
