Staff attitude very bad and rude. No one standby during check out at early morning.. Called not being pick up even though you can hear the ring tone at one of the room near to the front desk. After several attempts to call, some one came out from the room and straight away asked rudely your room no for check out processing. I'm very disappointed the way they treated customer.

便利なロケーション。コンビニやレストラン、たいていのものは揃っています。部屋も綺麗でした。シーツに穴が空いてたりするのはご愛嬌。

給水機の水が冷たくなかったのが残念。エアコンは機種が古く、パワーイマイチでした。ハリラヤの休日で花火と爆竹の音が夜中も鳴り響いてました。

Nothing to acknowledge and praise for

Wen Kong Hotel is in 2 locations within 500m from one another. Someone was smoking, got smoke smell in the rooms for a while for my 2 days stay. Since it's a budgetted hotel without window, you suffocate. They have two hotels, so the one I stayed was with no security, no one is taking care of the property, I stayed alone so as a female alone , hotel security is very very important, but the property fail to provide so. The door is open and anyone from public can come up to the hotel room without any security or permissions. When check with the owner, he said he is in the business for 20 years and no need to worry of any security issues because nothing has happened till today. There was a day where I heard someone knocking my room door at odd hours and I was about to call the police.. Didn't sleep well that night. The owner is snobbish and not helpful, not a good listener when you complaints, like he knows SlimRiver for 20-30 years... The receptionist is not friendly too, not a pleasant person, was not helpful. Whom was in another hotel not the one I stayed in.
