The only positive thing is the position, its very centric

Everything is bad, Internet Connection never working, room and bed sheets were dirty, mosquitos in the room, the bathroom smelling very weird, noise coming from outside all day long and night as well. And light is always coming through the window so you cannot rest one single minute.

All the staff are super friendly and helpful - but specifically Jadira who is a diamond. She helped organise for me a week full of really great trips and when I was ill, she checked in on me to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything which was above and beyond anything I expected and was super kind. (Even more so seeing as I was rude and grumpy to her upon arrival). 2 minute walk to pier and airport buses too.

Central location. Tea, coffee and water available in the common premises. Kind and pleasant staff. Good value for the money.

The room could have been little bit cleaner.

Free cold and hot water. Good aircond.

The walls were ghastly, coming off everywhere, my backpack touched the wall and it was so hard to remove. The wet, mouldy air from the rotten walls made me cough by the morning. Small bathroom with identically bad shape walls. Paperwalls, loud couple all night next to us, up at 5am very loud.

I liked greenery in the court. Very good location 7 min walk from the ferry, 4 min walk from bus stop to the airport ( first bus leaves at 7.15am and was good enough to let me finish checking in at the airport in Baltra at 8.50 for my flight at 9.55am, yeah after bus there is ferry through the channel and another bus, but travellers it works as of October 6, 2023) Receptionist at the front for most of the day, so easy to adress any concern. Bike and ebike rental adjacent to property of the hotel. Instant coffe and herbal teas in common outdoor area. Hard working cleaning lady with her little boy playing peacefully near her. AC was good and not noisy.

Dogs yapping at night, but even where I live owners walk yapping!!! dogs without any!!! concern about their neghbours, ok not whole night, but annoyingly enough. Some of travellers may not like windows to the outdoor cortroom. Pricewise very good experience Wifi ok for Galapagos, but not good for most of us.

Needs some renovation - bathrooms need some work. Clean.

The windows are not secure, the room needs repainting/floor redoing it, internet was so bad

All good👍was Just a short night stay there and i could book the ferry right at the place

Good bed, quiet in the backyard, great location, easy access, shower with hot water

Rooms in pretty bad condition already (they need refurbishment as they are very run down), wifi very flaky, partly damaged floors in the rooms
