The host were very friendly on arrival, the omelet the next morning was delicious.

At R1200 per night for 10 nights (R12000) excluding breakfast, we were shocked to find out that is was just a hut, no toilet, no facilities, and no bath or shower facilities inside the hut. All facilities is shared in another building where the hosts stay with their family. If that is not all, the roads are unacceptable and we were told to leave our car more than 1km away from where we stayed. We refused and the second day we were told if our car gets stuck in the mud we must just leave it there until the roads dried out. We only stayed 2 nights. When asking for a refund we were ignored and lost more than R10 000. It's like catching fish. Once your are caught its over. You will be ignored. The situation with going to the toilet in the middle of the night was scary and the hut that was leaking made the floor slippery and unbearable. We found another facility at R400 per night with all the facilities available in accommodation which were private for our exclusive use. This accommodation is not even fit as a back packers facility. We feel disappointed and misled. Shame on you also booking.com.
