ITI chose this for its location -- a beautiful and safe neighborhood in Georgetown. I could run to Roosevelt Island in the mornings and run along the Potomac River. This is a residential stay in a beautiful home.

PLThe owner is very nice, she explained everything at the check in. There is a washing machine in the bulding available for guestes :) Room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet.
NLI highly recommend to stay at this place! Lovely house, great location, communication with host was perfect. Everything you need is there and we could even use the washing machine. Easy walk to the center of Georgetown (if you like walking), or bikesharing is nearby to easily reach the hotspots of Washington DC. We didn't need our car during our stay.
