The location near town centre and sites of interest. Staff very helpful. Room spacious, clean and good facilities.

The guest house is on a busy main road and the rooms and terrace are literally feet away with poor soundproofing which is a pity because the rooms are great. Motorbikes passng at night are very noisy in the room.

I liked the neighbourhood and the location to Kraton and Malioboro. I liked the host. I liked the bed.

I did not like the breakfast being offered (white sliced bread). But the host made some changes. I did not like how the shower tap was stiff and was very hard to engage.

Overall good experience, very comfortable bed, clean room, breakfast option. Very nice staff, he made us coffee :)

Everything. The location was great and everywhere was exceptionally clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also a great addition along with free water, tea and coffee ☺️

The place was so clean and well maintained, and wanto was a very friendly and helpful staff, and the best thing about this house is a strategic location (if you can stand the traffic noise you constantly hear from inside the bedroom), all Jogja city main spots are within walking distance. Amazing location!

The facility and location was perfect except 1 fundamental part, it was so loud and constant noises from outside vechicle passing through, I wish the owner done more improvement for a better sound insulation of the room. Totally cannot sleep there, We were there only for 9 hours from 11 am until 8pm. We supposed to stay for 2 nights but we moved to another quite hotel nearby in the same day we arrived..

Right at the center of the city.

Breakfast was highly disappointing-it only comprised of bread, jam and banana. The door room cannot be entirely closed so all the mosquitoes can easily infiltrate. One of the bed sheets had stains and dead bug on it. Bear in mind noise pollution and language barrier in your travels as well!
