"Good but it can be a little better"

Really nice neighborhood, very quiet.

Bathroom drain is too small and when you make shower all water remains in the bath tub (on your foot). The mildew from the bathroom back door is not visible when the door is open but when you close it, it shows up and needs urgent cleaning.
