Very friendly and welcoming owner and staff made sure we had a stay to remember, when I wasn’t feeling well at their property , they took it upon themselves to go a extra and help , I will definitely use this place every time I’m in East London

"Pleasant"

Room was spacious and linen was clean.Tarrifs for two days for two adults was reasonable for the place to stay.

Staff attitude is not welcoming and when is coming to the guests atleast to wear in a proper manner. Dirty curtains and dusty window seals.Dirty glass shower and that we did not use.

Service was very poor, took a long time to open the gate. Particularly asked for the gate to be opened at 6.15 as had to be at the hospital but no one opened the gate so had to leave the key on the grass
