The host, Tsitso, was incredibly kind and treated me like a grandchild. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi speed was fast enough for smooth video calls.

The old couple who run the place were super friendly and agreed to check me in earlier. The room is nice, spacious and clean, there is also a shared small kitchen at the property. Location also quite central and close to railway station and some cute cafes

Nothing really, good value for low price

Absolutely everything. We only stayed for one night - just passing through the city - but it’s a perfect base for exploring Tbilisi. The room was big and comfortable and had all the amenities a traveler could need. The hosts were welcoming and lovely! Great value for money 😁

It is centrally located in Tbilisi. It is located very close to the metro station and the biggest market of Tbilisi. It's a quiet street. No parking problem. The rooms have refrigerators and air conditioning. There is a shared kitchen. Owners are friendly and helpful. You can feel at home.
