Всё было отлично! Предоставили машиноместо! Всё чисто, уютно! Месторасположение отличное, центр, всё рядом! Замечаний нет! Вернёмся)

Close to the things we wanted to see, but far enough to feel private and not too busy. Room was great. Spacious and clean. Price was very fair.

Kitchen area was not very well stocked. Check in was such a mess. The place was not well marked either literally or on GPS (taxi couldnt find it) and nobody to recieve us. We had to ask the neighbours and other guests before eventually finding our way in. Check out was pretty similar in spite of extra effort on our part to find somebody to pay anx recieve the keys. When we did find somebody however, they were super nice and ordered us a cab and everything so theres that!

Все великолепно.

Останавливаемся в данном месте второй год подряд. Отличное соотношение цены и качества, рукой подать до старого города, серные бани в 5 минутах ходьбы. Очень радушные и гостеприимные хозяева. В комнате ничего лишнего, но есть все необходимое. Большой санузел с душем в номере (горячая вода с хорошим напором). У входа в прихожей на 2 номера 1 холодильник и микроволновка, а в номере есть тарелки, чашки и электрочайник. Можно утром выпить кофе рядом с номером на улице во внутреннем дворе установлен пластиковый стол и стулья. Также рядом есть мини-кафе, где можно утром заказать кофе и вкусную выпечку, при желании. У хозяев есть домашнее сухое красное вино, очень достойное.

Value for money is great. Nice shower, good bed and top wi-fi. It is a basic room with everything you need, great location 5 minutes walk from Abanotubani. The owners are very helpful. They kept our luggage and arranged for taxi at very convenient price. Super-recommended.

There is not a proper sign or reception. However there is a yard with several doors and somebody will assist for sure.

◎They show they have washing machine & kitchen on the website but there was no in the building, The owner? said " You can use it in my house" when I asked where is the washinhg machine. I appreciated the kindness but it was not easy to do for me. ◎The hot water( shower) didn't work well
