The bed and pillows were hard. The only reason for the low rating is because there was building work immediately next door which was extremely noisy from 730

Tuvimos la mala suerte de que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Avisamos y que no tenían constancia espero que lo solucionen porque solo con el ventilador de techo no era suficiente.
