Super Hotel O Elegant KINGS PARK RESIDENCY

I didn't like anything

The room was dirty and stinky. Staff was rude. He literally threw the key to me when K requested him to see the room prior to check in. The front lobby was without any light. It was literally a scary place. The pictures in booking.com and the reviews are really deceiving and fraud.

Absolutely third-class hospitality! Out of nowhere, I get a call from Favas Afsal—rude, downright uncivilized, and hurling foul language as if it’s part of the service and the hotel’s ‘amenities.’ Zero respect, zero manners—felt like dealing with a roadside goon. To make matters worse, I still have no idea what his actual role in the hotel was! I’ve traveled across the length and breadth of India and the world, but this experience stands out for all the wrong reasons. This isn’t just an ‘avoid at all costs’ situation—it’s a clear case of a listing that Booking.com must remove immediately. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the authorities soon. No traveler should have to endure such disgraceful behavior!

We had a very good experience and a pleasant stay with family. The staff was awesome, the food was good and the hotel was well maintained. Check-in was easy and fast.
