Extremely comfortable bed, double shower, laundry, large refrigerator, plenty of storage space

Woodworking downstairs at all hours including the use of chemicals that pervaded the apartment. There is a heat and ventilation problem, especially burdensome in the bedroom mezzanine. The window above the laundry should be able to be opened. Foliage and flowers in the window boxes were dying, which affected the atmosphere. Sofas were in a state of some disrepair and needed reinforcement.

The room was fine. There is a modern kitchen in a general area which is very handy.

The room didnt have windows, the only way to get fresh air was to leave the door open. We felt safe enough to do so.

Beautiful building in a very central and nice location. Good walking distance to many restaurants, bars and other great attractions.

Great location on the edge of the old city and a trendy neighborhood and a few steps to a main metro station, but also on a quiet street off of a main avenue. It is cool, quiet, and restful inside. Beautiful and comfortable antique furniture.

The room doors were awkward getting in and out - two half doors. Not enough nightstands or counter space by the sink.

Location was great. The building was quiet. The room was cute and comfortable.

The entry port didnt function properly There was a lot of noise in the mornings with people talking outside my room The bathroom was very small

The room was a beautiful French style patio room overlooking a courtyard. The staff were very helpful. I had a headache and Laura was able to provide me with some pain relief medication. There was free water and very clean towels. The location in Reforma, near Marsella was exceptional

The staff including Lucia and Marta are particularly gracious and accommodating, the rooms have a charming ambiance and the nights are very quiet.

The front door lock appears in need of repair.
