Problemas de seguridad y ruido de la instalación en general

Shared bathrooms.

Estúdio calmo, maior do que parece nas fotos, e com bastante luz natural para além das poucas janelas. A localização é óptima, num bairro agradável, entre o centro e Roma, e frente ao metro! As toiletries que oferecem (sabão, shampoo e gel de banho) são muito bons. Frigorífico grande e máquina de lavar a roupa que funciona bem.

A cozinha podia ser mais completa (poucos pratos e o único eletrodoméstico que existe é um fogão de indução)

The location is really good and helpful for travellers.

It was a shared bathroom access that I did not read in the fine print. It wasn’t advertised upfront when I booked, might be different now. And the bathrooms are tiny ! Two small one person cubes. We had asked for fresh towels and room cleaning that never happened despite checking with the staff on text. Overall disappointed and couldn’t wait to check out. At one point we even looked for alternate stays nearby but it had gotten too expensive for last minute reservations.

Buena ubicación y diseño

Poco cómodo, poco espacio de habitaciones y Privacidad (se escucha todo lo de las otras habitaciones). La habitación que nos tocó la puerta no tenía seguro, por lo que genera inseguridad dejar las cosas.

Los muebles y la cama muy cómoda para dormir.

The location was good, and the shower gel was nice. The bed was firm and comfortable although quite short.

The front door to the apartments and the apartment door are not secure, you can see into the room through the apartment door. The bathroom door doesn't open from the inside- I shut myself in and my husband had to let me out. The room is significantly smaller than pictured, the hinges on all of the furniture were incredibly noisy. The room was not particularly clean. Other guests were incredibly noisy through the night. We checked out early and stayed elsewhere as it was very unpleasant.

La ubicación es buena, pero frente hay un mercado y es un poco sucio. La cocina estaba bien aunque no la ocupe

El día que hicimos check in encontramos la habitación sumamente sucia, asquerosa para ser honesta. Me comuniqué con ellos y me ofrecieron cambiarme a otro apartamento que tienen, que era en otra parte de la cuidad así que debía tomar Uber de nuevo (pagarlo por mi misma) así que decidimos quedarnos con el compromiso de que al día siguiente limpiaran la habitación y ellos ofrecieron hacer el reembolso de la primera noche. La habitación es pequeña, huele a lugar viejo, incluso después de limpiarlo seguía bastante sucio, nunca limpian los muebles… una vez nos fuimos se supone que se debía hacer el reembolso, esto fue realizado ayer 26 de enero, después de tener que contactarme en reiteradas ocasiones con ellos y de que ya me habían dicho hace más de 10 días que habían hecho el reembolso que era mentira porque booking no tenía idea de eso. Pésimo servicio.
