Location, cleanness, staff communication

Es un lugar con excelente conectividad, incluso caminando (si eres bueno para caminar) hacia lugares como el Centro Histórico, Roma Norte, Bosque de Chapultepec, etc. También con excelente conectividad al transporte público, con una estación de Metro a menos de 5 minutos. El lugar es muy limpio tanto en la habitación como baño, silencioso, cómodo, y con muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona y también con el personal de aseo. Muy recomendable.

Un punto de alerta es que a pesar de que siempre me sentí bastante seguro tanto de día como de noche, creo que es importante mantenerse alerta durante la noche, ya que el lugar está frente a un Farmers Market que es bastante solitario y oscuro de noche, al igual que las calles aledañas. Lo mejor es moverse en Uber o Didi.

Wir hatten durch und durch Pech. Bei unserer Ankunft hatte das gebuchte Zimmer keinen Strom, wodurch wir in einem anderen Haus untergebracht wurden. Hier gab es kein fliessendes Wasser und die Wände waren wie Papier. Am nächsten Tag versicherte man uns, dass wir in das gebuchte Zimmer gehen konnten. Bei unserer Ankunft war dies aber noch eine Baustelle, sodass wir wieder in einer Alternative untergebracht wurden. Die Gastgeber waren zwar gut erreichbar hatten aber verlangen von uns, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt damit verbringen von einer Alternative in die nächste zu ziehen. Es ging nicht nur sehr viel von unserer Urlaubszeit drauf sondern auch unsere Stimmung! Zuletzt waren wir sehr verärgert darüber, dass uns anfangs die erste Nacht rückerstattet würde und bei der Abreise haben wir nur eine freche Antwort erhalten - bis jetzt haben wir das Geld nicht erhalten.

The room was a little stuffy, no windows

Amazing location and pretty furniture. Bed was v comfortable and area was not too loud. Directly located across from a market and subway which is also convenient

The rooms did not have private bathrooms (noted in description but just something to note). Room Could’ve been a little cleaner, common areas were very clean

The room was much larger and better appointed than I expected. The location of the hotel is fantastic.

Every night of my stay from 8:30 until 1am, the famous "estuidiante" singers marched outside my room singing and leading large crowds of tourists in chants. It was interesting the first two times, but the remaining few dozen times it made sleeping very difficult. They literally stopped outside my window to chant for 5-10 minutes, then a new group would show up 15 minutes later. This may not be an issue in the winter. I would not stay with them again for fear of having to put up with that again. The hotel also required that I pay in cash, which was a surprise when I arrived.
