"Great, cheap, and very close to any WTC Pepsi Center event. But very hot rooms."

The proximity to Pepsi Center is ideal to walk there for any concert, and also it's not so close that the people and general traffic can block your way. There's enough space in the room and while the bathroom is next to the shared kitchen, the landlady told us it's private and felt like that too.

The landlord wasn't there to receive us, so we didn't know that there are no fans, and the room was HOT. Opening the windows wasn't enough for us to refresh the space, and there was no way to contact anyone in the building to provide something.

The location is great. Armando is a good host.

The area is a bit loud. There's no tv in the room.
