Location is great and each room has privacy.

The shared spaces felt a little messy, and the bathrooms could use shelves or hooks to improve experience

El olor del cobertor, tenía un olor demasiado fuerte a orina. Dormir ahí fue desagradable. Entiendo que por el precio no puedes esperar mucho pero me parece una falta de respeto. Llegamos en un horario donde ya no hubo nadie que nos recibiera entonces no pude tomar el servicio de toalla. Encontrar el lugar fue fácil y muy bien ubicado.

Ubicación

La habitación era muy básica, estuve anteriormente en este hospedaje y era un nivel mucho más alto.

The location is decent..close enough to walk to to metro and bus stops..the cleaning staff did a good job cleaning the place

This place has no reception and no staff available to assist you during your stay. We booked a 4-bed dorm but were placed in an 8-bed dorm instead. When we questioned this, their explanation was that it is a “4 bunk bed dorm,” meaning 8 people share the room. If you book a 4-bed dorm here, expect 8 people, so be warned. The lockers in our room were broken, making it impossible to securely store belongings, and the showers had no hooks, so there was nowhere to hang clothes or towels. The kitchen had barely any utilities and all the pots were dirty. They also charge guests to store luggage for just a few hours after check-out, which is disappointing, especially after staying for five nights. The manager, who only appeared on our last day while we were checking out, demanded 150 pesos to store our bags. Later, we received a message stating the bag storage fee was actually 100 pesos. Not only is it frustrating that they charge guests for basic services, but the manager also overcharged us. Overall, the lack of support, misleading room descriptions, extra fees, and the manager’s rude attitude made this a very disappointing experience. Avoid this place, there are plenty of better alternatives in the area.
