The staff were nice

The place is very remote down a dirt track the area around the hotel is covered with rubbish like they have thrown their rubbish into the bushes, there was no tv or refrigerator in the rooms and I would like to know how this is classed as a 3 star hotel, there was no food we had to order takeaway and the “continental breakfast” was scrambled egg on toast that is all they could cook for breakfast no fruit, no meat, the rooms had no shampoo or soap/ shower gel and you can hear everyone in the other villas 100% not a 3 star hotel

The pool was really nice and quiet and the bed was very comfy. The staff was laid back and friendly and gave good advice! The breakfast was tasty, but really simple, just scrambled eggs everyday. Walking distance from the hotel there's this cool place called Greenkubu. It has a great view and the food is allright. We went there for dinner, because the restaurant at the hotel is not really operational.

Due to miscommunication we didn't get picked up at the harbour as we thought we would, so we had to get a more expensive taxi. But we got a discount on the way back to the harbour when we left, so that was very kind. The place was not as good as the pictures showed, a bit older and less beautiful, but still good. Also it was not as clean as we had hoped, but still fine. It was not as good as we were used to on the mainland of Bali, but maybe we are just spoiled.

Great value for the money. Really kind and helpfull managers. Cheap laundry. 10-10 would recommend.

Not clean, pictures were misleading, felt like a bait and switch. Ended up not staying here and going elsewhere.

Wk gamat review Just wanted to warn other guests about this place. NEGATIVES Its in the Middle of nowhere . No shops, provisions. Or cafe nearby. Very very badly cleaned. Cobwebs inside kitchen cupboards , stains on bathroom and kitchen wear. Rust on shower and bath fittings Lock for patio doors to garden and private pool area doesn’t have a key. They don’t provide one. Leaving anyone to scale the low wall and enter the villa from the french doors in the garden and steal your stuff. They didn’t seem remotely concerned about this. There is only one member of staff. He’s about 16 and seems to be employed to literally do everything from the cleaning to the cooking to reception work. He’s lovely but is being totally exploited They provided no water at all on my first day and night and didn’t offer a discount for this. And the villas are in the middle of nowhere. Not even a restaurant nearby. So after getting a ferry to the villa they arrange for a driver to collect you which they charge a lot for. No water in the car provided and then no water when you arrive at the villa. Half an hour later to get to the Accomodaion from the ferry. Then your expected to hire the taxi company who is the same people who owns the villa to take you to a place to buy water! At extortionate prices. Obv there is no Grab taxis here. Big cracks in the walls etc Pool looks filthy and Algae green. Didn’t dare swim in it. There is nothing nearby but even worse the hotel doesn’t serve any food , not even water. Nothing. So your stranded in the middle of nowhere. There is also no one about the hotel to get help. On the day I arrived I tried to reach the one member of staff for an hour on the phone when I couldn’t remove the key from the front door . No answer. And literally no one about. I was stranded. He did eventually turn up and told me he had gone home to eat his dinner.
