The Granyam Garden Cottage

We looked for a peaceful place just of the main road and this accommodation is perfect for it. Located just 7 minutes from the main road this cottage is perfect. A very nice host who is really helpful with all your questions and wil help you arrange a taxi or activities/tours. Each morning they serve breakfast and you have a nice common seating area with some games. Overall very nice and helpful hosts on a beautiful and peaceful location. I would recommend staying here and I would go back for sure!

It was very quiet, in the good sense! Very nice pool to cool off during/after a sunny day. Gustu and Chandra help you with anything needed: very good hosts! Our last evening Gustu prepared fish on the barbecue, which was a tasty meal!

One needs transport to get around on the island. Taxi’s can be arranged.

I had an amazing stay! Gustu and Chan are both very helpfull and sweet. If you need anything they will help you without hesitation. I got an accident and Chan came to clean my wounds with aloe vera. The place was very beautiful and clean. Although its far from shops and activities you can easily drive there with a scooter, which you can rent at the place for 80 Idr a day. Thank you for having me and making it such a lovely stay I would definitely come back to visit when i am in nusa again.

This was the best hotel I have stayed in in the 2 months of travel I have made. I was just going to stay two days, but extended for another day. I then asked to extend another but they where fully booked. - ROOM SUPER CLEAN - STAFF WHAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL - SUPER CONFORTABLE BED - GREAT WIFI (specially if you work like me) - DELICIOUS BREAKFAST They made me feel like home, and made me love my stay here. I will definitely be back when I travel back to Indonesia. Special thanks to the owner Gustu, a lovely person that will make your stay in Penida amazing. He will recommend you the best tips to save your money and the best times to not see too many people in tourist spots.

Everything was perfect

Everything about this property was perfect! it’s in a lovely quiet location away from all the noise. although you need a scooter to get around they have good ones to rent on the property for a decent price. They have cute patios on the front of each bungalow that you can spend an evening chilling enjoying the nature. The pool is a good size and so refreshing after a day sightseeing. There’s multiple choices for breakfast. I highly recommend the banana pancakes, probably the best ones I’ve had during my trip in south east Asia so far. I have to mention how lovely the staff is. They are so helpful and really adore this property which is great to see. For the price you pay I highly recommend Granyam!

Nothing to do with the property but we only stayed 2 nights and probably could have stayed a 3rd because there’s so much to do in Nusa Penida between sightseeing and snorkelling.

A peaceful getaway! loved the pool-the water felt clean and soft. I also enjoyed all the birds and how silent it was. The host was very helpful and treated me like family. Also, I ordered delivery from a nearby restaurant and the chicken lalapan was delicious.
