There's NOTHING to like about this guesthouse

What a absolutely disaster! We've booked the room the night before. We phoned the guest house (spoken to Sylvest) to confirm that the room is wheelchair accessible for my 92 year old mom. Paid onsite for the room The went to open the room on which my husband said it must be a joke because it's a struggle for us "normal" people to get to the room at the back of the guesthouse walking through dongas, uneven broken paving, steps etc NOT SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIR ACCESS . Whereupon our money was offered. Which we accepted. After MANY phonecalls, NEEDLESS to say that we haven't received the money back.
