Nie do końca spokojna ulica, w nocy auta jadą obok budynku bardzo szybko, ale duży ogród z miejscem parkingowym i zamknięty. Miejsce do siedzenia w ogrodzie i do grilowania.

Niestety czystość nie do końca taka jaka być powinna. Woda ma przykry metaliczny zapach co nie jest miłe podczas brania prysznica i mycia zębów. Kontakt z właścicielem przez translator ale da się porozumieć. Nie do końca cicho w pokoju, w nocy słychać często włączający się hydrofor co mi bardzo przeszkadzało w spaniu. Płatność tylko gotówką i to w Euro.
