Probably the most modern and well taken care property around, even in low season. The room was luxurious, very clean and with good AC and amenities. Close to the beach and a few restaurants.

Unfortunately the pool wasn't clean probably because of the low season but everything else is good.

Nice new building in Uppuveli, about 300m from the beach and Fernando's Market beach bar. The place is clean, and they are just completing a rooftop dining area, and additional cabanas with a pool. They said the pool would be open in September 2023. Plenty of restaurants are just a five minute walk.

There's no food available, and no breakfast. There was no top sheet on the bed, just a small sarong sized blanket for each person. At times noone was around if you had any problems.

New stylish clean accommodation in a perfectly located area, a 3 minute walk to the beach and the restaurants. Great friendly staff. The manager Praveen was especially helpful during our stay, arranging trips for us and giving us delicious free mango from his home town. He had a lot of knowledge about the area which really helped. If I could have given this place 20 points, I would have! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Trincomalee, this is the place!
