The owner's communication style was horrible, we have payed for the guest house already in May, yet the owner denied that he/she received the payment (the owner didn't even bother to give a name). The owner also used COVID as an excuse, but when we asked more for info the owner has cut off a communication with us. We have waited till the last moment, yet we haven't received any check-in information from the owner, so we had to choose another place nearby.

The owner didn’t send me any message with door code. I was standing over an hour in front of building trying to get in. At almost 8 o’clock at night. He didn’t answer the phone calls, booking chat, nothing. I got lucky because I saw light on in window of other apartment in this building and knocked. The lady opened the window and gave me another phone number to landlord. Different than one at booking.com. He answered this call and gave me door code. I don’t recommend to anyone.

Cheap

Room for 3 people, 2 beds and a sofa. There were no pillows or duvets. Staff rude on the phone. Wouldn’t recommend

It was cheap.

The room smelled of mould because there is no passive venting in the room. The guesthouse itself was difficult to fine as it has no signage or street presence. The bathroom had no fan, and there were no shower amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) either, just handsoap. It was also extremely difficult to find our room, as the numbers were small and unobtrusive.
