Alles tip top gewesen,super Lage und toller Blick vom Wohn-/Schlafzimmer zum Schloss...Ein besonderer Lob geht an Martin,der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Danke, wir kommen wieder...

Ein klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt,auch wenn es bei einer 10 für uns bleibt: Der Abfluss im Badezimmer hat hin und wieder einen stechenden Geruch abgegeben.

Das man uns in ein anderes Haus kurzfristig untergebracht hat, da dad gebucht Zimmer nicht für die ältere Generation angebracht wäre. Man hat daher jeden Morgen zum Frühstück eingesammelt und wieder zum Haus in Wernigerode gebracht.

Bei Booking.com hätte die Lage besser beschrieben sein sollen, dad es für eingeschränkte Mobilität andere lagen besser wären. Wir danken aber unserem Vermieter für die Änderungen und somit hattest uns vor Ort an nichts gefehlt.
