Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Ausstattung ist ausreichend.

Bedingt durch Personalmangel gab es einen Transfer zum Frühstücken. Dieser Personalmangel wurde immer wieder vom Personal zum Thema gemacht und mit den Gästen diskutiert. Das war sehr unangenehm.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Extrem pünktlicher Shuttleservice zum Frühstück und zurück.

Die gesamte Unterkunft (Designpension am Schloss, Zimmer hieß Rotkäpchen) war für 200 € die Nacht ( incl.Frühstück,Parkplatz und Kurtaxe) einfach zu alt eingerichtet. Die Matratze vom Bett war niedriger als der Bettrahmen und das Kopfkissen war ein 10€ billig Teil sowie gab es nur eine dünne Bettdecke, das Sofa war alt und durchgessen, in der Dusche gab es einen Duschvorhang...das muss heutzutage nicht mehr sein, auf dem Kühlschrank fehlte die obere Abdeckung und der Backofen war gar nicht erst vorhanden. Viele Küchenutensilien waren ein Sammelsurium von Restbeständen. Man wirbt auf den Seiten für 3-4 Sterne Wohnungen , sorry für unsere Wohnung vergeben mit viel wohlwollend 1-2 Sterne.

Die Krönung war die Lage der Unterkunft im Schlosshof. Dort finden zwar Bauarbeiten statt, was aber nicht stört weil man ja tagsüber unterwegs ist. Ausstattung wie bei Königs😁

Unsererseits gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn man aber will findet man bestimmt auch im Adlon Miss-stände.
